About us
Baby essentials, chosen with care and delivered to your door.
Who we are
A baby shop built around everyday care
We started with a simple idea: looking after a baby is hard enough — buying what your baby needs should be the easy part.
So we keep the range tight and useful — the diapers, feeding bottles, bath and skincare, health and safety items and clothes that actually get used — and we spend our time on the things that decide whether an order is good: stock that is really in stock, prices that do not change at the door, and delivery that turns up when we said it would.
This page is yours to rewrite. Tell shoppers who started the shop, where you work from and what you want to be known for.
How we work
Checked before it leaves the shelf
Every product comes from trusted brands and is checked before it is packed. Expiry dates are checked on food, formula and skincare, and anything close to its date is taken off the shelf rather than sent to a customer.
Every order is packed by hand and checked against the list before it is sealed — liquids sealed, heavy packs at the bottom, fragile items on top.
What we promise
Genuine products and honest prices. What you see on the product page is what arrives at your door, and the price at checkout is the price you pay.
No silent substitutions. If something you ordered is unavailable, we call before we swap it for anything else.
A real person on the other end. Questions about an order, a delivery or a product reach someone who can actually do something about it.
