Privacy policy

What we collect, why we need it, and what we will never do with it.

In plain language

We ask for the least we can get away with: enough to take your order, deliver it, and help you when something goes wrong.

We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not pass them on for someone else's marketing.

This page is a starting point written for a clothing shop. Have it reviewed against the law where you operate before you rely on it.

What we collect

Your name, delivery address, phone number and email address, so an order can be packed and delivered.

Your order history, including sizes, so client care can answer a question without asking you to repeat yourself.

Basic technical information about the device and browser you shop from, used to keep the site working and secure.

Card details are entered with our payment provider and never reach our servers.

How we use it

To take payment, pack the order and get it to your door.

To tell you where your parcel is, and to handle returns, exchanges and alterations.

To send you lookbooks and sale invitations — only if you asked for them, and every message can unsubscribe you in one tap.

Who else sees it

Couriers get your name, address and phone number — they cannot deliver without them.

Our payment provider handles the transaction and holds the card details.

Our email and messaging provider sends order updates on our behalf.

That is the whole list. Nobody else receives your details, and none of these partners may use them for their own marketing.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, and we will send it.

Ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or to delete your account entirely — bearing in mind that completed orders have to be kept for tax and accounting.

Unsubscribe from marketing at any time without losing order updates, which are part of the service rather than advertising.
